We've Got Mardi Gras On Our Minds.

Savor the flavors of New Orleans on Monday, February 11th and Tuesday, February 12th as we feature five Mardi Gras specialties in our Chef's Case. Look for the following:

Etouffee: Generous portions of spicy shrimp meet authentic Dirty Rice.  
 
Jambalaya: Shrimp, Gerber Chicken and hearty Andouille Sausage come together in this winter warmer.
 
Chicken Gumbo: Our version of this southern-style stew is rich with Gerber Chicken, fresh okra and plenty of seasoning.
