Cooking Class: Upscale Comfort Food | The Hills Market | 6:30 p.m.

Come in from the cold and throw another log on the fire! Chef Nate will be sharing hearty and luxurious recipes such as Beef Tenderloin Sliders, Truffle Macaroni & Cheese, Mahi Mahi Fish Sticks and Shagark No Bake Cookies for dessert. Wine director Jan Wilson will be pouring three wine pairings throughout the meal. These dishes with wine pairings are sure to warm you up, even on the chilliest of nights.

The class fee is $45 per person and includes instructions, recipes, dinner and three glasses of wine.

Cooking Class: Pizza from Scratch + Rockmill Brewery Tasting | The Hills Market Downtown | 6 p.m.

 In this cooking class, you will learn a from-scratch method for fresh dough making and create an amazing pizza! Chef Kevin will teach you about oven temperatures, layering, time and technique. Matt Barbee from Rockmill Brewery will also be on site to talk shop and pour flights. Doesn't get much better than homemade pizza and local brews. 
 

The class fee is $45 per person and includes instructions, recipes, dinner and a flight of Rockmill Brews.

Beer Dinner: Seventh Son Brewery | The Hills Market Worthington | 6:30 P.M. | $30

This month our Beer Dinner will be featuring one of our favorite breweries in Columbus, Seventh Son Brewery. Join us on February 5 at 6:30 P.M. at The Hills Market Worthington for a five course meal prepared by Chef Nate Farley. Each course will be paired with a Seventh Son beer poured by one of their brew masters. Call today to make your reservation, 614.846.3220. Cooking Class: Romantic Dinner for 2 | The Hills Market Downtown | 6 p.m.

On the menu tonight: Seared Tenderloin with ratouille and Parmesan Risotto. It tastes even more delicious when you've made it yourself for your special someone. Chef Kevin will teach you how to sear the tenderloin perfecly everytime. Our Beverage Director, Amanda Anderson will also be pouring a sparkling, white and red wine that are paired perfectly with the meal.

Cooking Class: Winter Entertaining | The Hills Market | 6:30 p.m.

Join us on this winter evening full of delicious recipes and drinks to share. Chef Nate will show you the perfect seasonal meal for your next dinner gathering. Enoy an 1-hour demonstration in our kichen followed by the meal served in our wine department. Jan Wilson, our wine director will be on hand to serve a sparkling, red and white wine to compliment the meal.

Roasted Pecan Chicken, Balsamic roasted brussels sprouts, twice-baked potato casserole. Save room a tasty dessert!

Cooking Class: Mardi Gras Celebration

Help us celebrate Mardi Gras this year with a truly decadent New Orleans menu: Crawfish Gumbo, Creole Jambalaya and of course, King Cake and Mini Beignets for dessert. We’ll be serving three wines to accompany, as well. Festive attire encouraged but not required.
