Jen's Sage Butter (as seen on Fox 28)

Ingredients:

¾ Tablespoon fresh sage leaves, loosely packed
1 large shallot
½ cup Ohio butter, softened
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Process sage and shallot in a food processor until chopped. Add Ohio butter and remaining ingredients; process until mixture is thoroughly blended.
