We take whole Gerber Amish Country Roasters from Kidron, Ohio and season them with one of three house-made dry rubs before roasting them for 45 minutes in our brand new rotisserie oven. Choose from our House Seasoning (with toasted fennel and cumin), Garlic & Herb (pictured above) and Chipotle BBQ (smoky, sweet and spicy).
Available hot every day from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and cold in our Chef's Case, our rotisserie chickens come in three sizes.
